Happy Halloween! If you’re looking for the spookier games, then you’ll want to go to our Halloween list that we posted a few days ago. Weirdly, the new games today don’t really fit with the holiday. The good news is, if you’re looking for the everyday game, then this list is for you!
This list encompasses a few genres, including idle creature collecting, co-op party games, tower defense, and a simulator!
If none of these games speak to you, be sure to scroll down to the bottom of the article to find more Cozy Games Today articles. There will be a bounty of newer games for you to look through there.
4 cozy games released on October 31, 2025

Ribbit Ranch
Ribbit Ranch is an idle creature collector where you collect and raise frogs. You can sell those frogs for a profit or keep them to use for breeding, mini-games, or earn passive income. There’s some fun element of chance in opening packs to find rarer frogs, including ultra-rare golden frogs!
Out of Stock!
While Out of Stock! isn’t the chillest game, you can play up to 4-player co-op, making this cozy in the sense that you can play with friends. Team up to manage your store by ordering products, restocking shelves, keeping the store clean, and making sure your customers are happy.

Goblin Buster: Incremental Tower Defense
Goblin Buster: Incremental Tower Defense is… well… an incremental tower defense game. You’ll battle goblins, collect resources, upgrade towers, and build out a skill tree that will help improve all aspects of your gameplay strategy.
Monster Lab Simulator: Prologue
Monster Lab Simulator: Prologue is a free preview of the main game, where you can create, raise, and battle monsters. You can find hidden recipes to make interesting monsters, participate in turn-based combat, and merge together the same types in order to evolve them!

Which of these games would you choose, if any? Personally, I’d love to dive into Ribbit Ranch. I have a mighty need for progress that I don’t have to work for. Just kidding… sort of. There’s nothing like a good idle game, and who doesn’t love frogs?
