We’ve started a new feature here called Cozy Games Today, where we discuss all the new games coming out daily. It’s filled with a bunch of amazing games spanning a multitude of genres. But are they games that we’d actually play? This new Faves From The Week list encompasses the cozy games that we’ve added to our wishlists or intend to spend money on.
Obviously, this shouldn’t downplay the other games we’ve highlighted. This list comes down to personal preference, so if you’re curious which cozy games we’re willing to “shut up and take my money” for, this is it.
Faves From The Week: October 20-24

Dragons Frolic!
Dragons Frolic! is a creature collector idler with elements of racing mixed in. Buy or breed dragons to sell or put into a racing mini-game. You’ll be able to collect various types of dragons and find rarer color variations, all while maintaining a cozy little dragon utopia of your own design.
Spooky Express
Spooky Express is a strategy-based puzzle game that’s perfect for the Halloween season. Pick up and drop off undead passengers in Trainsylvania along a train track. You’ll have to carefully plan your route to get the ghoulies where they’re going without giving them the opportunity to make snacks out of your human passengers.

Shelf by Shelf: Bookstore Simulator
Shelf by Shelf: Bookstore Simulator is a book-lover’s dream. It’s a cozy little simulator that lets you arrange the books in the way that you want, whether that’s by genre or color. Decorate things the way you like and help customers with their requests. I’m honestly so jazzed about this one.
Once Upon A KATAMARI
Once Upon A KATAMARI joins the ranks of the Katamari games before it. Revisit the zany world where you roll up items in order to turn them into planets. Play solo or in 4-player Katamariball with your friends!

Tattoo Tycoon
Tattoo Tycoon puts you in the shoes of the last remaining Tattoo shop in Tattuga Bay, a once thriving hub for body art. It’ll be up to you to bring life back to the town by creating a thriving shop of your own through upgrades, time management, and carefully considering your customers’ needs.
The Bench
Getting old doesn’t mean you stop living. In The Bench, you’ll take on the role of an elderly man with a legion of pigeon friends and explore the park together. You’ll solve puzzles, explore, play mini-games, and so much more! Enjoy the adventure of life outside and experience the joy of doing exactly as you please, even if that means tossing innocent bystanders into the air…

More Sushi!
More Sushi! is a small incremental idle game where you must run a conveyor belt at a sushi restaurant. Upgrade sushi, turn in plates for stars, and use those stars for permanent bonuses. When things start to grind to a halt, restart your restaurant with prestige for added bonuses to your restaurant.
What cozy games were your favorite from the week? Were any of my choices on your list?
