With the announcements of Wholesome Snack 2025, we’ve been gifted the opportunity to snag a collaborative Humble Bundle with a ton of cozy games inside! A lot of these games are ones that I’ve coveted or played. The ones that we’ve reviewed here are certifiably cozy, so if you’re curious about those, I’ll have the reviews linked below!

Botany Manor
Botany Manor is a puzzle game that has my heart. I loved every second of it. Set in 1890 England, you’ll explore a manor filled with puzzles related to flowers. You’re a botanist trying to finish your research book about forgotten flora and this manor holds the key to that. I found the puzzles to be easy to understand without being too hand-holdy. It’s a game I wish I could play for the first time again.
Summerhouse
Summerhouse is a smaller city builder where you can create little homes from the vantage point of standing across the street. While I’m not the best builder, I had a lot of fun with this game and even made a little hobbit hole! It’s great for people who have creativity to spare in a sandbox game.
Spirittea
Spirittea puts you in charge of running a bathhouse for spirits in this RPG life sim. You’ll manage the needs of the bathhouse, upgrade local shops for more furniture options, and get to know the locals. When we played the demo, we were exceedingly charmed by the gameplay.
On Your Tail
On Your Tail is a detective adventure life sim where you play as a writer on vacation, but the idyllic town you find yourself in has a thief problem that you can’t ignore. Explore Borgo Marina, fulfill quests, investigate the area, and create a diorama of the crime scene with a unique card system. Whether you want to laze with a part-time job, get straight to work, or build friendships and romances, you’ve got it all in this game
Snufkin: Melody of Moominvalley
Snufkin: Melody of Moominvalley is a musical adventure about keeping Moominvalley safe from the industrious clutches of the Park Keeper. Restore the valley by helping the inhabitants and enjoy the storybook artstyle. With over 50 characters and critters, this game is bursting with life to explore.
NAIAD
NAIAD is an exploration puzzler that will have you drifting down a peaceful, yet mysterious river. Interact with the flora and fauna as you drift through to discover little secrets. Through interaction, you’ll learn several new ways to swim downstream and it’s all done in a colorful, minimalist style.
Kind Words 2 (lofi city pop)
Kind Words 2 (lofi city pop) is a game of kindness. Send letters, say hi to your neighbors, dress up for a poetry slam, add your dreams to other wishes in the sky, and swap recommendations.
Little-Known Galaxy
Little-Known Galaxy is a space-based farming sim where you join the Space Alliance as the new captain-in-training! Congratulations! With your crew, you’ll learn the mysteries of an ancient relic, explore new planets, craft items, and farm crops. Get to know the people, build romance, fill up your museum, and so much more!
Shashingo: Learn Japanese with Photography
Shashingo: Learn Japanese with Photography is an edutainment game that endeavors to teach you Japanese through virtual photography. By taking pictures of your surroundings, you’ll learn new words that will be translated into flash cards! Reviews suggest this is better for bare-bones beginners!
I, honestly, couldn’t be more jazzed about this humble bundle! There’s truly so much here to get excited for. While the Humble Bundle is $12, all the games in this package add up to $170. I don’t pretend to know math, so I won’t even try to give you a percentage on how much value that is. Thankfully, I can count, so I can tell you that buying this bundle will save you $158!
I’ve got several of these games already and I’m going to be buying the bundle so that I can fill in the gaps and gift the rest. If these games don’t resonate with you, these would be a FANTASTIC Christmas gift for the cozy gamer in your life!
